Our Owner:

Janet Kirch, owner of Xaitamax LLC, started as a New York City buyer for a major retailer.

As the domestic giftware buyer Janet learned about quality, craftsmanship, manufacturing techniques and finishes for product development, research, target marketing, demographics, supplier and customer relationship which have all had a remarkable affect on how she manages her business today. Janet can recognize a quality well-made product a mile away! She also prides herself in locating unique and useable products that are what we call hidden products, as it takes a special eye to find them, and Janet has that eye! Her background allowed her to experience first hand the importance of on-time delivery, product-in-product out mentality, creative marketing, and product idea changes that maintain a consistent high standard and comfort zone for your customers. In addition, Janet has a creative flare with experience in packaging and display techniques. As the owner of Xaitamax Janet is a take charge and highly energized individual. As an experienced designer she has worked with clients with color matching plans, furniture selections, electronic consoles, and wall and floor décor for the home and business. A multi-faceted dynamic individual Janet brings many assets to the promotional marketing industry, has many resources available for her clients, and will always go that extra mile beyond the realm of promotional product marketing.

From the busy retail buying industry Janet moved upward, as a NYC giftware showroom manager handling over 20 lines of giftware, and top A accounts. She quickly developed a creative flair that works well for Xaitamax today, as she always has color, design, slogans and copy ideas for her clients. The NYC Giftware industry was one of the original places that the Premium, Ad Specialty Industry took hold hence the normal path for her to expand her career.

Janet has the teamwork mentality that will make you feel like she is part of your team. Janet learned early on about strong effective documentation, customer requirements, working within a budget, and the importance of information being at your fingertips, and she gives that personal touch to everything she does.
